1. Personal Data Controller
The personal data controller of users, including those of the website https://inomedis.pl/, is IAG POLAND sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, address: ul. Konduktorska 18 lok. 7, 00-075 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001164638, NIP: 5253041090 (hereinafter: "IAG Poland").
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Personal Data Processing
1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”), for the following purposes:
a. to provide the online application/contact form service electronically in accordance with the website regulations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for the period necessary to handle the user’s request, including sending marketing information about selected products or services, but no longer than 6 months after the case has been resolved — for archiving purposes or until the expiration of claims as specified in the relevant legal provisions.
b. enabling IAG Poland to contact individuals interested in the company's services and products, which constitutes a legitimate interest of IAG Poland, until an objection is raised;
c. performance of services or taking actions at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – until the service has been completed;
d. defense against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – for the period of limitation of claims as provided by applicable legal provisions;
e. fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on IAG Poland, such as issuing and storing invoices and other accounting documents, preparing tax information, documenting and settling public-law liabilities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – for the period specified in the applicable legal provisions;
f. creation of reports, statistics and/or analyses for internal purposes of IAG Poland (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – until a valid objection is taken into account or an objection is submitted;
g. delivery of marketing content electronically by the Controller and/or entities within the group of companies to which the Controller belongs (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004 and Article 10 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002) – upon granting separate consent, until its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
h. IAG Poland processes personal data to support industry development and to offer Users new services, including for the purpose of conducting market analyses and developing a business model; user statistical data is processed for this purpose.

3. Personal Data Subject to Processing
1. IAG Poland processes the following data related to the use of products and services for the purposes specified in section 3 of this Privacy Policy:
a. information about the User’s IP address;
b. cookies (website browsing data) – data related to visits to the IAG Poland website at https://inomedis.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the “IAG Poland website”);
c. date, time, and scope of the website browsing history, as well as the location at the time of browsing;
d. other personal data, depending on the type of service provided to the User, with prior notice to the User.
2. IAG Poland informs that the IAG Poland website uses cookies, which are stored on the User’s device. Our website uses various types of cookies, and the User can change or withdraw their consent to cookies at any time by clicking the appropriate field on the website. Cookies are small text files that are created and stored on the User’s device when visiting the IAG Poland website. Cookies remember the User’s preferences and basic information, thereby improving the ease of use of the IAG Poland website. Through the use of cookies, general User habits and website usage history are processed, issues and shortcomings in website performance are diagnosed, statistics regarding User behavior are collected, and full and convenient use of the website’s functionalities is ensured. If the User does not wish to allow the use of cookies, this can be done in the browser settings; however, in such a case, website functionality may be disrupted or limited. Saved cookies can be deleted in the browser settings on the User’s device by clearing the browser’s cookie history. The website operated by IAG Poland uses functional, analytical, advertising, and essential cookies.
4. Entities Involved in the Processing of Personal Data
1. The recipients of personal data may include entities within the group of enterprises as defined by the GDPR, to which the Controller belongs, as well as entities or individuals cooperating with the Controller in order to achieve the purposes indicated above.
2. In the event that the Controller transfers data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), uses tools of entities based outside the EEA, or those that may store data outside the EEA, the Controller will apply all legally available protective measures (e.g., as provided in Article 46 of the GDPR) to secure such data transfers. Data may also be transferred outside the EEA based on exceptions provided for in Article 49 of the GDPR, provided that the conditions set out in that article are met.
5. Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data
1. Users have the right to access the content of their data and to rectify, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their data.
2. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, meaning that no decisions having legal effects on the person or similarly significantly affecting them will be based solely on automated processing of personal data, nor will such decisions be made automatically.
6. Objection
In addition to your rights indicated in point 6 above, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing by IAG Poland. Any objections or requests regarding the processing of personal data should be submitted to the following address: pl@inomedis.group.
7. Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
IAG Poland continuously develops its operations and improves the services provided, which is why this Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented at any time. The current version of the Privacy Policy is published on the IAG Poland website. IAG Poland will inform the data subject about any changes introduced if they are significant and may affect the rights or freedoms of the data subject.
