The User is obligated to use the website https://inomedis.pl in accordance with these Terms and the generally applicable laws, in particular the Act of 7 April 2022 on Medical Devices (as in force from 1 January 2023), as well as any other legal regulations in effect at the time of using the website. Users are prohibited from submitting unlawful content.
5. The controller of personal data processed in connection with the provision of services indicated in these Terms is IAG Poland. Personal data is processed for purposes, within the scope, and according to the rules specified in the Privacy Policy.

1.4. IAG Poland reserves the right to supplement the Terms with new provisions, amend them, or remove specific provisions. Amendments to the Terms enter into force upon publication, unless otherwise stated in the amended Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS
- Newsletter – a separate service provided electronically by IAG Poland or its partners (i.e., companies within the same capital group), consisting of the delivery of periodic commercial information to the email address provided by the User.
- Website – the website available at https://inomedis.pl, operated by IAG Poland.
- User – a natural person of legal age with formal education in the field of healthcare / medicine, or a legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality but having legal capacity under applicable law, using https://inomedis.pl and/or interested in the offer of IAG Poland in connection with their business activity (collectively referred to as the “Entrepreneur”), or a person representing such an Entrepreneur. By using https://inomedis.pl, the User declares and confirms that they are aware that the content of the website is intended exclusively for the above-mentioned Users, and that they have formal education in the field of healthcare / medicine or represent an Entrepreneur interested in the offer of IAG Poland in connection with their business activity.
- Terms – these Terms of Use.
- Agreement – an agreement concluded by the User with IAG Poland within the scope of its business activity, under the terms set forth in the Terms and the content of the Agreement document.
- Privacy Policy – a document describing the principles of personal data protection and processing of Users of https://inomedis.pl.
3.2. Certain services may be subject to separate terms of use, outlined for example in additional regulations or agreement texts. The provisions of such separate documents take precedence over these Terms. IAG Poland provides the Terms to the User free of charge prior to the conclusion of any Agreement, and also upon request, in a format that allows the User to obtain, reproduce, and store the content using their telecommunication system.
3.3. The Website is intended for Users who have formal education in the field of healthcare/medicine, or Entrepreneurs (and their representatives) interested in the offer of IAG Poland in connection with their business activity. The content on the Website is intended exclusively for the above-mentioned Users. Users who do not meet these criteria are obliged not to use the Website or the services made available through it.

The Website is intended for Users who have formal education in the field of healthcare/medicine, or Entrepreneurs (and their representatives) interested in the offer of IAG Poland in connection with their business activity. The content on the Website is intended exclusively for the above-mentioned Users. Users who do not meet these criteria are obliged not to use the Website or the services made available through it.
3.4. To use the resources of the Website, the User must have:
- a device with active internet access that supports data transmission and a browser chosen by the User that supports cookies and JavaScript,
- an active email address – if the User wishes to subscribe to the Newsletter or use the contact / application form.
4. SERVICES
4.1. The following services are provided to the User via the Website:

a. completion of the registration form available on the Website by a person authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the User by providing the required information;
b. acceptance of the Terms;
c. account activation by clicking on the link provided in the message sent by IAG Poland;
d. verification of the User's data by IAG Poland;
e. a confirmation message of account activation sent by IAG Poland to the email address provided in the form after successful verification.
4.4. The person registering the account declares that they are authorized to make the necessary declarations during the registration process and that all data provided by them is true.
4.5. By filling in the contact/application form or creating a User account, the User may engage in discussions with IAG Poland regarding the use of specific services offered by the company. Detailed terms and conditions of the services provided by IAG Poland, as well as additional or ancillary services, are specified in the Agreement concluded with the User in each case.
4.6. To activate the Newsletter subscription, the User will be asked to confirm their willingness to receive the Newsletter — from IAG Poland’s partners, in particular from SIA «Inomedis Aesthetic Group», under terms separately defined by those partners — by clicking a link in an email sent by the relevant entity to the email address provided by the User for verification and confirmation of the subscription. If the User does not confirm the subscription within 7 days from the date the confirmation email is sent by IAG Poland, the data provided by the User for subscription will be deleted, and the confirmation link will become inactive.
The agreement for the Newsletter service is concluded for an indefinite period once the subscription is confirmed by the User. Consent to receive the Newsletter can be withdrawn at any time, without giving a reason, for example, by sending an email to: pl@inomedis.group. The Newsletter service is free of charge.
5. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
5.1. If the User experiences a malfunction or lack of service provided through the Website, they are kindly requested to promptly notify IAG Poland via email to the contact address specified in these Terms, in order to enable IAG Poland to take appropriate diagnostic and corrective actions as quickly as possible.
5.2. All complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date they are received by IAG Poland at the email address specified in the Terms. The User will be informed of the actions taken by IAG Poland to close the complaint. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended by an additional 14 days, especially if the complexity of the matter prevents resolution within the initial timeframe.
6. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1. By using the Website, the User agrees to comply with applicable legal regulations and not to infringe upon the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, including laws governing the protection of intellectual property, personal data, and other rights.
6.2. The User must not use the Website in any way that could endanger the proper functioning of the services provided by the Company, the security of the Website’s servers or data, or that could interfere with the Website’s ability to provide any services to other users. The use of malicious software or other unwanted content is strictly prohibited.
6.3. The User agrees to provide accurate and sufficient information about themselves when making purchases or registering in loyalty programs, including their real name, telephone number, email address, and any other required information.
6.4. The User must keep their login credentials secure so they are not disclosed to third parties, except persons authorized by the User to represent them in the use of the Website. In the event that the User’s login or password is lost or becomes known to third parties, the User must immediately notify IAG Poland via email at: pl@inomedis.group.
6.5. The User understands that if their login data becomes known to third parties, such third parties may enter into commitments that will be binding on the User. The User agrees to accept and duly fulfill such commitments. IAG Poland is not obliged to verify the identity of any User.
6.6. IAG Poland processes and manages the User’s personal data in accordance with the rules set out in the Privacy Policy.
6.7. If the User detects any malfunction or disruption in the operation of the Website, they must immediately notify IAG Poland.
6.8. The User is not allowed to publish any content or information from the Website in other places and/or on other websites without the prior consent of IAG Poland.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. IAG Poland shall not be liable for technical, security-related, or other disruptions in the operation of the software or the Website that may result from using the Website (e.g., cookies, viruses, etc.).
7.2. Any content that can be downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Website is accessed at the User’s own risk, and the User is solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or device, or loss of data resulting from such download or use of the services.
7.3. Except as required by law, IAG Poland shall not be liable in any way for any damages, including indirect losses or lost profits, revenue, etc., arising from the use of the Website or the use of information obtained on or through the Website.
7.4. IAG Poland shall not be liable for services that were not provided to the User or were not provided in a timely manner due to the fault of third parties, in particular telecommunications providers, email service providers, or postal services.
7.5. The User is responsible for the proper use and secure storage of their login credentials. IAG Poland shall not be liable for any losses the User may incur as a result of those credentials being used by third parties.
7.6. The Website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by IAG Poland. These links are provided for customer convenience only. IAG Poland does not control or evaluate the content of such websites and is not responsible for the content, use of, or access to those websites.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Any disputes arising in connection with or in relation to these Terms shall be resolved in the first instance amicably, through appropriate negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of IAG Poland.
8.2. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, and the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
8.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be contrary to the law or for any reason becomes partially or entirely invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.4. The User must first submit a claim and/or complaint regarding the operation of the Website and services to IAG Poland in writing. Claims and/or complaints should be sent to the email address: pl@inomedis.group, including the User’s full name, email address, a description of the malfunction, error, disruption and/or other issue, as well as the date, time, and duration of the incident, if possible.
8.5. These Terms shall enter into force on 08.07.2025.

To activate the Newsletter subscription, the User will be asked to confirm their willingness to receive the Newsletter — from IAG Poland’s partners, in particular from SIA «Inomedis Aesthetic Group», under terms separately defined by those partners — by clicking a link in an email sent by the relevant entity to the email address provided by the User for verification and confirmation of the subscription. If the User does not confirm the subscription within 7 days from the date the confirmation email is sent by IAG Poland, the data provided by the User for subscription will be deleted, and the confirmation link will become inactive.
The agreement for the Newsletter service is concluded for an indefinite period once the subscription is confirmed by the User.
